Cooper Nissan of Lehigh Valley was sold to Kelly Automotive Group and renamed Kelly Nissan of Lehigh Valley. Bel Air Partners served as financial advisor to Cooper Nissan of Lehigh Valley.
"This is a strategic acquisition for Kelly Automotive Group," said Thomas Butler, managing director, Bel Air Partners. With the Nissan store, the Kelly Automotive Group now has ten dealerships in Pennsylvania and Florida.
"We've been blessed to have significant new products in just about every franchise,'' said Greg Kelly. The Kelly organization, including all the brands, sells about 5,000 cars and does about 50,000 service transactions a year. Overall sales are up about 12 percent over last year, Greg says.
