Don Keithley is responsible for new business development at Bel Air Partners and leads the firm's west coast operations. Mr. Keithley authored the "The Revolution in Automotive Retailing: A Perspective of the New Millennia" in 1996, addressing the rapidly evolving changes in the dealer franchise system. He is the originator of J. D. Power and Associates' Auto Retailer and International Automotive Roundtables and has given numerous presentations to automotive executives and has been quoted widely in The Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, Fortune and Forbes.
Prior to joining J.D.Power and Associates, Mr. Keithley was regional Manager of Toyota's five-state New England area and enjoyed a 17-year tenure with the Ford Motor Company. He earned his MBA from UCLA and serves on the Business Advisory Council of Loyola Marymount University.
