Dayton Automotive Group was acquired by multiple investors. 

Sussman Automotive NJ stores (BMW, Acura, Honda) were acquired by Group 1 Automotive.

Hall Automotive was acquired by Atlantic Automotive Corp. / Mile One Automotive. 

 

Princeton BMW/Mini Dealership Sold

Princeton BMW/Mini was acquired by Asbury Automotive Group who intends to immediately embark on an ambitious renovation and expansion plan. Denise Wood, the previous owner, and her entire management team will stay with the store. "We saw Princeton BWM/Mini as an extraordinary dealership and identified Asbury Automotive as the operator who could best profit from the oppurtunity," said Todd Berko, managing director, Bel Air Partners.
